Derby champs vying in ‘Big Event’
ALL ROADS lead to Pasay City Cockpit on Monday as cockfight champions collide in the tough Pasay Invitational Big Event 7-Cock Derby.
Derby hosts Rep. Patrick Antonio, popularly known in local cockfighting as “Idol,” and Eric dela Rosa expect more than 100 fights in this event backed by Sagupaan Complexor 3000.
Among the top competitors are lawyer Benny Salazar, who ruled the second leg of the 2015 World Slasher Cup in partnership with Joey Sy; 2015 NCA World Championship co- champion Teves Brothers and 2015 UFCC Cocker of the Year Rep. Pol Dy.
