Jaja Santiago shows way for NU in 2nd V-League win

Jaja Santiago was a cut above the rest and her dominating performance led National University to a 25-16, 25-14, 25-19 whipping of University of Batangas in the Shakey’s V-League Season 12 Collegiate Conference at San Juan Arena.
The 6-foot-4 middle blocker literally was the biggest headache for the Brahmans. Santiago finished with an all-around performance of 23 points, 15 from spikes, five service aces, and three blocks.
It also helped that Lady Bulldogs had more than enough support for Santiago with Myla Pablo adding 13 points, 10 of which from kills.
University of Batangas just can’t get anything going in this match and had to rely on the 31 errors committed by NU.
Krissa Madalogdog topped the Lady Brahmans with six points.
Notching its second win in as many games, the victory placed NU at the top of Group A, while the Batangueñas remained winless alongside PUP.
