Jimmy Alapag back in harness, gets traded to Meralco

Jimmy Alapag will return to the PBA court come the 41st season.

Alapag, who announced his retirement on January, has been traded by Talk ‘N Text and will reunite with coach Norman Black in Meralco as he bannered the three-way trade approved by the Office of the Commissioner on Friday.

Talk ‘N Text re-acquired the services of Larry Rodriguez in the said trade, while Blackwater secured the services of Mike Cortez and James Sena.

Alapag is currently in Tokyo for the Philippines’ 2019 FIBA World Cup hosting bid. AU
