Cignal’s Hingpit, Tiu sweep Foton for PSL beach volley bronze

Cignal took advantage of some sloppy plays from Foton as it nabbed the bronze medal of the Philippine Superliga (PSL) Beach Volleyball Challenge Cup, 21-18, 21-18, Saturday at Mall of Asia Sands by the Bay.
April Hingpit and Wensh Tiu were on the verge of sealing the medal after the Hurricanes’ Pau Soriano launched an attack straight to the net to get a free match point, 20-17.
An error from the HD Spikers’ side gave a tiny glimmer for the Hurricanes, but Bea Tan’s service error ended their campaign in the sand courts of the PSL. IDL
