Kiefer Ravena and Alyssa Valdez put the rumors about their relationship to rest in a press conference on Tuesday for their new online reality show.
“We’ll enjoy what we have right now and we’ll focus on our priorities, and we’ll just take it from there,” said Ravena, guard for the Ateneo Blue Eagles.
When asked if developing a romance between them is possible, Valdez laughed it off as Ravena answered, “She’s like my sister.”
The two collegiate star athletes also detailed how they became very good friends. “We entered the same year in the UAAP in 2011, and we would sometimes practice before them (Valdez’s volleyball team)… and then I’ve heard of her already… so we became best friends,” Ravena recalled.
Ravena and Valdez are set to star in a reality online show called “Phenoms” where their fans and followers will be able to see how they handle being student athletes, as well as witness their good friendship with each other.
