The PBA draft rookie aspirants on Wednesday underwent a series of skills tests testing their agility, speed and athleticism among others in day 1 of 2015 Gatorade PBA Rookie Draft Combine on Wednesday.
With select PBA coaches watching in the sidelines at Gatorade Hoops Gym in Mandaluyong, the applicants went through the 3/4 Court Sprint, Lane Agility Drill, Maximum Vertical Leap, and Reaction Time test.
The applicants were split into two batches—first in the morning where Fil-American guards Maverick Ahanmisi and Jerramy King shone, and then in the afternoon where Top prospects like Scottie Thompson, Chris Newsome and Norbert Torres participated, though unknown Ryan Wetherell made his presence felt.
