CHIBA, Japan—Filipino aces Juvic Pagunsan and Angelo Que failed to match strides with the leaders and missed the 36-hole cut in the 200-million yen ($1.6-million) Heiwa PGM Championship at Sohbu Country Club here on Friday. Pagunsan improved to 70 for 143 but missed the weekend money rounds by 1 shot. Que ballooned to a 75 for 145 in the tournament paced by South Korea’s Choi-Ho-sung, who fired a 70 for 133.
