PSC commissioner and PEP project director Wigberto “Iggy” Clavecilla also appreciated the various national sports associations’ support for their athletes to grasp the basics of personal finance.
Clavecilla said the PSC hopes “that when the time comes for them to retire from sports, they would remember what they’ve learned from this first PEP module and apply these before it’s too late to do so.”
