Ronda Rousey: ‘I’ll be back’
Ronda Rousey will be back.
Rousey, whose reign as undefeated champion in the UFC came to a stunning end on Sunday, assured her supporters that she will be back in the Octagon.

I appreciate the concerns about my health but I’m fine,” Rousey wrote on her Instagram account on Monday, a day after being knocked out by Holly Holm in the second round of their bantamweight title fight in the main event of UFC 193 in Melbourne, Australia.
“As I had mentioned before, I’m going to take a little bit of time, but I’ll be back,” Rousey posted.
The loss was Rousey’s first after dominating her first 12 fights, 11 of which ending in the opening round.
Article continues after this advertisementThe 28-year-old Rousey, though, met her match in Holm, who used her boxing and kickboxing background to her advantage in taking down who was deemed to be invincible in Rousey.
Holm, a former undisputed welterweight champion in boxing, delivered a devastating head kick to finish off Rousey.
