Terrence Romeo has only one advice to his former Far Eastern Univeristy teammate Mike Tolomia, who is taking flak for his horrible shooting in Game 2 of the UAAP Finals: Keep shooting.

“Still take the shots you took in Game 2,” said Romeo when asked what would he tell Tolomia after missing all of his 15 field goal attempts in the Tamaraws’ 62-56 loss to the UST Growling Tigers last Saturday.

“When those shots fall, they’ll clap for you.”

The Gilas guard believes Tolomia will get his shooting back on Wednesday when the Tamaraws and Tigers battle one last time for the championship.

The one-time UAAP MVP and Tolomia were teammates for three years including Season 74 where FEU made the Finals but got swept by Ateneo.

“I know Mike and I know his capabilities. Any given time, he can explode,” Romeo said.

The same goes for the rest of the Tamaraws as Romeo feels it’s FEU’s time to win it all.

“FEU has an advantage with its experience. It will lie on which team will be more composed in the endgame,” he said. “Playing as a team, maximizing its errors, the decision-making in the end. I’m certain FEU can get the championship.”
