Victor “Gladiator” Torres stakes URCC Visayan crown

Victory  “Gladiator” Torres stakes his Visayan pinweight crown when he collides anew with Iloilo wushu star Ruel Catalan in the Colt 45 URCC Bacolod Brawl on Sunday at L’ Fisher Hotel in Bacolod City.

Torres is out to validate his earlier split decision victory over Catalan.

“I want to show that my victory the last time was no fluke,” said Torres as he prepares for their grudge showdown in the event presented by Colt 45.

In the co-main event, reigning Visayan bantamweight titlist Leonard “The One” Delarmino hopes to extend his reign against Rex “T-Rex” Delara.

FEATURED STORIES

A former wushu champion like Catalan, Delara is likely to rely on his knockout power to dethrone Delarmino.
In the Superfight card, Agustin “The Demolisher” Delarmino will test the mettle of pinweight No. 3 Alvin “Sindikato” Ramirez.

Both are fancy strikers with Ramirez expected to use his grappling skills to crush Delarmino.

The other scheduled fights  are Dennis Salazar vs Philip Delarmino, Carl Sabeniano vs Richie Redman, Roldan Cartajena vs Arvien Baldelovar, Jinel Lausa vs Remie Crisostomo, and Ernie Braca vs Rendel Camensi.
