Boxing icon and former world heavyweight champion Mike Tyson encouraged UFC star Ronda Rousey to come out of the shadows, saying there is nothing to be ashamed of even after such a stunning loss.
Appearing on the talk show “Conan, Tyson gave his two cents’ worth about Rousey’s recovery, urging her to show his face more to the public.

“She has to understand, we’re in the hurt business. I don’t care if you’re the king of the hurt business, we’re in the business where we get hurt. And she’s just gotta be seen, come out of the house,” he said.
Rousey hasn’t been seen a lot since the aftermath of her shocking UFC 193 loss to Holly Holm late last year, dropping her women’s bantamweight title and also seeing the first blemish in her erstwhile-immaculate record.

The former women’s champion is scheduled to host “Saturday Night Live” on Jan. 23. She also has a movie on the way.
Tyson, once pegged as an invincible superstar, can relate to Rousey’s plight and gave her the advice through the late night show.

“I see she’s been around, show your face. You’re human. She’s just unfortunate that she’s a Goliath,” he said. “David is a great king. He’s done great things. He built the civilization, but he’s more famous for beating Goliath.”
Rousey has asked UFC for a longer break, postponing her supposed return at UFC 200 vs her tormentor Holm in July.
