TIMOTHY Bradley says he’s doubly sure about “the kind of animal” he’ll be facing in Manny Pacquiao on April 9.
At the same time, Bradley swears he has acquired new tools with which he plans to conquer Pacquiao.
Bradley mentions the main weapons: defense and crispness.

“I’m going to be a better fighter,” Bradley tells the famous Lance Pugmire of the Los Angeles Times.
Going into detail, Bradley mentions precise punches and sustained tight defense.
Bradley also admits to having relied on a mistaken plan to knock out Pacquiao in the past.

Now Bradley, in his second straight fight under the tested and respected trainer Teddy Atlas , says he knows of a certain style to isolate Pacquiao.
The key, he says, is paying greater attention to details.
Bradley notes that fundamentally sound boxers, like Marquez, Mayweather and Morales, have given Pacquiao problems.

“I don’t even have to think of him (Pacquiao) being weaker,” Bradley tells Pugmire. “I know what kind of animal he is.”
Bradley, sounding cocksure, says being mechanically better could do the trick.
For the record, these details have been kept under wraps in the months Bradley and Atlas have been working together—crafting greater techniques, sharper mechanics—in their isolated Palm Springs camp.

“The third time is going to be different, I’m fundamentally a better fighter,” Bradley bares.
“With me being better disciplined I’ll have a better chance to beat him,” he adds.
Bradley says he just needs to be strong himself.
