Kevin Owens puts his newly won WWE Universal Championship on the line when he defends the title in a triple threat match against Seth Rollins and fierce rival Sami Zayn in the main event of WWE Live Manila on September 9 at Mall of Asia Arena.
The Prizefighter is coming off of his stunning triumph in the fatal 4-way elimination match on Raw this past Monday (Tuesday Manila time), when he pinned Rollins to win the title after a shocking turn from WWE chief operating officer Triple H.
Rollins, meanwhile, continues his search for the company’s biggest prize after relinquishing the WWE Championship last November due to a gruesome knee injury.
Zayn is also hoping to shock the world anew and score another victory in his storied rivalry against Owens, just two months removed from their epic encounter at Battleground.
John Cena will also face Big Show to add to their long list of epic duels, while Roman Reigns takes on Chris Jericho.
WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day is also set to defend their belts in a triple threat tag match against the team of Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson and The Shining Stars.
Less than a month after losing the WWE Women’s Championship at SummerSlam, Sasha Banks is hoping to reclaim the title against Charlotte.
Cesaro and Sheamus will also write another chapter in their rivalry, Neville eyes to dazzle the crowd anew against Bo Dallas, and powerhouse Braun Strowman shows his wares here in Manila against the veteran Goldust.
