LCCM Blue Royals snatch solo lead in ISAA

Four players ended in double figures as La Consolacion College-Manila tripped Manila Tytana Colleges, 72-52, and grabbed the solo lead in the 8th Inter-Scholastic Athletic Association basketball tournament at LCCM Gym in Mendiola.

Acrobatic Juan Miguel Gula and sweet-shooting Jesse Bardaje sizzled with 16 points apiece as the Blue Royals never looked back after posting a 37-26 halftime lead.

LCCM extended its winning streak to three games.

Defending champion PATTS College of Aeronautics slipped past Philippine Women’s University, 82-79.

Jestoni Loyola, Jayson Orada and Louis Capinding starred for the Seahorses. PATTS tied its victim with 2-1 card.

In the first game, Saint Dominic College of Asia leaned on John Michael Aragon and Dean Morris Oraliza to rout FEATI University, 67-51.
