Titleholder PATTS College of Aeronautics clobbered Manila Tytana Colleges, 86-66, even as La Consolacion College-Manila kept pace with an easy 56-41 victory over FEATI University in a pair of lopsided encounters in the 8th Inter-Scholastic Athletic Association basketball tournament at the LCCM Gym in Mendiola.

Most Valuable Player Jhon Paul Manansala mocked all guards thrown at him to escape with 22 points as the Seahorses extended their winning streak to four after an opening day loss to the Blue Royals.

The Blue Royals didn’t disappoint their fans as they bounced back after a shock loss to the Philippine Women’s University Patriots to rout FEATI University, 56-41.

In the first game, host St. Dominic College of Asia upstaged PWU, 68-63, behind the guns of Dean Morris Oraliza and John Henrick Sales.

LCCM and PATTS share the lead with 4-1 mark, while PWU and SDCA have 3-2 records. MTC is 1-4, while FEATI remains winless in five outings.
