Frustrated Porzingis skips exit meeting with Knicks–report
Their season may be over, but the drama surrounding the New York Knicks is not.
Knicks’ rising star Kristaps Porzingis reportedly skipped the exit meetings with team management after yet another frustrating NBA season, ESPN.com reported.

According to the report by Ian Begley, Porzingis is frustrated over the “drama” and “dysfunction” within the organization headed by team president Phil Jackson.
Article continues after this advertisementPorzingis was drafted fourth overall in 2015 and in his first two years with the Knicks, they amassed a combined 101 losses.
To add to the Knicks’ woes, it seems that the rift between Jackson and superstar Carmelo Anthony’s has escalated further.

Jackson implied that Anthony, who hasn’t been able to transform the team into a championship contender since joining them in 2011, simply doesn’t fit with the Knicks.
“I think the direction with our team is that he would be better off somewhere else,” Jackson said in a press conference Friday (US time).
On Instragram, Anthony posted a photo from the movie “The Great Gatsby” with the caption “REALLY 😂😂” in what could be perceived as a response to Jackson’s comments.
