This practice of humility has endeared His Holiness as one of the most likeable human beings on the planet, but one exclusive gift has put him ahead in the shoe game as well.

With the University of Michigan Wolverines currently on their tour of Rome, head coach Jim Harbaugh decided that his team stop by the Vatican and attend Pope Francis’ papal address.
Harbaugh brought a couple of gifts to His Holiness—a Wolverines helmet and a pair of size 10 Michigan Air Jordan Vs.
School-exclusive sneakers are usually reserved to its athletes but when you’re the leader of the Catholic Church, it’s not surprising that Pope Francis got special treatment.
Defensive tackle Maurice Hurst also tweeted a picture of the pair of Jordan Vs,with the box getting inscribed with “His Holiness Pope Francis” just above the Jumpman logo, before it was handed to Pope Francis.
