Pinoy paddlers vs world’s best
Three Philippine teams are set to compete in the annual Hong Kong International Dragon Boat Races at Victoria Harbor.
From June 2 to 4, University of the Philippines (UP), Philippine Accessible Disability Services and Triton will join hundreds of racing teams from all over the world in vying for the 20th Anniversary Trophy, part of the autonomous territory’s 20th anniversary celebration.
Members of the UP team have been training vigorously for their return to Hong Kong, where they ruled the 2013 Fancy Costume Race.
