With their teams out of the title race, it’s down to pride and honor for national coaches Francis Vicente and Sammy Acaylar in Tuesday’s classification round of the Philippine Superliga All-Filipino Conference at Imus Sports Complex in Cavite.
Vicente, mentor of the star-studded women’s team, will steer his Generika-Ayala against Cocolife at 5 p.m. in the round that would determine the fifth to eighth placers.
Generika bowed to F2 Logistics in the quarterfinals, 25-14, 25-19, 25-17.
Men’s squad coach Sammy Acaylar’s Sta. Lucia Realty faces Cherrylume at 7 p.m.
