Brooklyn guard Jeremy Lin suffered what looked like a serious right leg injury that had him saying “I’m done!” in the Nets’ first game of the season.

Just a day after Boston forward Gordon Hayward sustained a gruesome ankle fracture on an alley-oop play, Lin also went down awkwardly after driving to the basket with 4:53 left in Indiana’s 140-131 win.

While at the baseline, Lin held on to his knee and needed a few seconds to process what happened before yelling “I’m done, I’m done” to his coaches and bursting into tears in a heartbreaking sight.

He was helped off the court but limped to the dugout alone.

“Gods ALWAYS faithful and in control,” said Lin, who is the first American of Taiwanese descent to play in the NBA, in a tweet after the game.
