Cocolife nips Cignal, gains semis

Cocolife got great games from its imports on Tuesday to post a 25-22, 25-21, 28-26 win over Cignal HD and bag a semifinal berth in the Chooks-To-Go Philippine Superliga Grand Prix at Filoil Flying V Centre.

Serbians Marta Drpa and Sara Klisura combined for 35 points in leading the Asset Managers to the win and a clash with powerhouse Petron in a best-of-three series.

Jeane Horton had 17 points and Rachel Anne Daquis 12 for Cignal, which played without import Sonja Milanovic and head coach Edgar Barroga.
