“Abangan nila yung pagbabalik ng storm from the Pacific. Antayin nila. Kung lumihis man yun bagyo na pumasok sa Pilipinas, ito talagang papasok,” said Fernandez on Tuesday during the grand arrival of Pacquiao and Matthysse at Le Meridien Hotel here.

Speaking to a couple of Malaysian media, Fernandez described Pacquiao as a “monster” waiting to be unleashed on Sunday.

Pacquiao is also coming off a controversial loss to Jeff Horn a year ago in Brisbane, Australia.
