Suba outguns Japanese, local karting rivals
VJ Suba outfoxed highly favored Japanese rivals and local racers in the 2011 Denso KF2-KF3 Cup Karting Series at the Carmona Racetrack recently.
Suba maximized the power of his borrowed machine to top the qualifying round over Stefano Marcelo and teammate Milo Rivera in 42.655 seconds.
In the final heat, Suba refused to wilt under pressure and unleashed a timely maneuver to slip past Marcelo in a tight 20-lap race. He clocked 14 minutes and 26.490 seconds, 0.232 milliseconds ahead of Marcelo.

Marcelo and Japanese Kazuki Miyazawa checked in second and third, respectively.
