MANILA, Philippines – Darren Gafford captured the overall championship of the 12th Domingo M. Guevara Sr. Memorial golf tournament held at the Wack Wack Golf and Country Club course recently.
The winners who played at the West course were Ralph Lantion (Group 1), Bobby Angangco (Group 2), Antonio Ocampo (Group 3), Ge Bote (ladies) and Willy Maldia (guest).
Dennis Canoy emerged champion at the East course with Willie Ke placing second and Bayani Tan third.
Winding up second and third at the West course were JV Ejercito and Herbert Chan (Group 1), Sherwin Yu and Lucio Rodriguez (Group 2), Van William Co and Raoul Angangco (Group 3), Rosalie Heo and Vicky Farrales (ladies), Jeric Hechanova and Rene Unson (guest).
Special prizes went to Antonio Ocampo, Rey Chua and Nicky Alvarez.
Major contributors to the annual event were Guevent Investments Development, Radiowealth Finance, Cats Motors, Toyota Motors, Kia Motors and Avis Philippines.
