Giemel Magramo made light work of Thai challenger Petchchorchae Kokietgym to retain his WBO oriental flyweight title on Monday in the undercard of the world title fight between Randy Petalcorin and Felix Alvarado at Midas Hotel and Casino in Pasay City.

Magramo unloaded a crushing left to the rib of Kokietgym, who couldn’t even beat the count in the third round. The bout ended at the 2:48 mark of the third.

The 24-year-old Magramo went to the body from the get-go and made an easy target out of Kokietgym (17-2, 8 KOs).

Magramo, who defended his title for the first time, improved his record to 22-1, 18 KOs.
