Big karting weekend set

The country’s finest karters head back to the starting grid anew on Saturday and Sunday in the 2019 Petron Blaze 100 X30 Challenge Philippine Series at Clark International Speedway kart track in Clark Field, Pampanga.

Internationalist and defending X30 senior champion Eduardo “EJ” Coseteng is expected to be back, along with Bianca Bustamante, who dominated the junior class with a title sweep of all six rounds last season.

Nine division titles are at stake in each of the two opening rounds of the annual series primarily sponsored by Petron Corp. and sanctioned by the Automobile Association of the Philippines.
