The Lady Spikers committed 37 errors against the Lady Maroons, 17 of which were from the service line, but that mark drastically improved against the Lady Bulldogs.
La Salle had just 10 errors in the win against NU as it improved to a 6-3 record, tying University of Santo Tomas for the second spot in the standings.
“I always remind my players that if we have fewer errors there’s a big chance that we’ll win the match,” said De Jesus. “Because every error you commit you give away a point to the opponent, so if you commit 37 errors that’s nearly a set and a half given to the opponent.”
