TOKYO, Japan–After an abrupt end to their trilogy on Sunday night, it’s only fitting that Kevin Belingon and Bibiano Fernandes will get to do it again.
Chatri Sityodtong, founder, chairman and CEO of ONE Championship, said the two rivals are set for a fourth meeting.
“That’s an automatic rematch,” Sityodtong announced during a press conference after the event.

The third bout got off to an explosive start with Belingon getting the upper hand early before Fernandes caught him with an overhand right to the jaw that most fighters wouldn’t have taken as well as the Filipino star did.
Fernandes and Belingon continued to trade blows in the next two rounds before Belingon accidentally hit Fernandes with illegal blows to the back of the head.
Belingon was initially given a yellow card before ultimately earning a red card that meant disqualification. The result gave the belt back to Fernandes, who lost to Belingon five months ago.
