Beermen Kelly Nabong, Ronald Tubid fined, suspended over ‘Spider Man’ incident
MANILA, Philippines—The PBA handed out penalties to San Miguel’s Kelly Nabong and Ronald Tubid for their involvement in the “Spider-Man” incident in Game 5 of the PBA Philippine Cup finals.
Nabong and Tubid were slapped with a P75,000 fine and a suspension of three games each, which they will serve in the ongoing PBA Commissioner’s Cup.

Paolo Felizarta, dressed in full Spider-Man costume, caused a commotion when he ran to the court with around three minutes remaining in Game 5 and collided with San Miguel center June Mar Fajardo, who then got hit in the jaw.
A random audience member then rushed to the Beermen bench to grab Felizarta’s bag but Nabong got to him threw a few shots in.

Tubid, meanwhile, hit Felizarta with a cheap shot while security brought the court intruder to the back area of the Big Dome.
Felizarta was brought to the Quezon City Police District 7 where he spent a few nights before posting bail.
Daniel Henaes and Dr. Ramon Ibanez, who are also under San Miguel’s employment, were also each meted a P50,000 fine and two games suspension but their role in the commotion is unclear.
