The Power Hitters improved to a 4-7 record to bolster their hold of the sixth seed and head coach Roger Gorayeb is already gearing up whoever ends up at the no.3 spot during the knockout quarterfinals.

“At least we got a win today, we’re just trying to get confidence from our remaining games,” said Gorayeb whose team will still face Cignal, Generika-Ayala, and F2 Logistics.

“We only have a slim chance to rise from no.6 so we just have to maintain it and get ready for the next round.”

Ivy Remulla and Nica Guliman led Marinerang Pilipina with nine and eight points, respectively, as they dropped to the eighth spot with a 0-12 card.
