MANILA, Philippines—The King proved to be more powerful than Lightning.

Danny Kingad continued his upward momentum after his split decision win over Reece McLaren in the semifinals ONE Flyweight World Grand Prix semifinals in ONE: Dawn of Heroes Saturday at Mall of Asia Arena.

Kingad, who has won six straight, will face Demetrious Johnson in the finals of the Flyweight Grand Prix in Tokyo on Oct. 13.
