Nikko Go scores perfect game at GMTBC Open

CAINTA, RIZAL — Nikko Go of SCTBA-Prima scored a perfect game during qualifying games on Monday in the ongoing Grand Mall Tenpin Bowling Club (GMTBC)-Yee Lu Fa National Heroes Open Championships.

Go achieved the feat on lanes 17-18 of the Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall Bowling Center in Cainta, Rizal. He used a 15-pound Daredevil Danger by Roto-Grip.

Go’s feat catapulted him to the top post in the Mixed Associate division with a six-game series of 1347, followed closely by Marc Custodio of TBAM-Prima with 1342 and John Paul Go of SCTBA-Prima with 1337.

FEATURED STORIES

In the Mixed Open class, Anthony Balabbo of PTBA leads the field with 1394, followed by RP team member Lara Posadas-Wong with 1337, and Dale Lazo of TBAM-Prima with 1312.

Another SCTBA-Prima mainstay, Peter Go, now paces the Mixed Senior category with 1400, followed by Bonnie Solis of TBAM-Prima with 1370, and Alex Bea of PBA with 1338.

Qualifying rounds are being held daily until Friday, from 1 to 10 pm.

The GMTBC-Yee Lu Fa Open is sanctioned by the Philippine Bowling Federation.
