F2 Logistics marches to PSL finals
F2 Logistics marched to its fourth straight Philippine Superliga All-Filipino Conference finals appearance as it knocked out Foton, 25-19, 25-23, 17-25, 25-19, in the semifinals Tuesday at Muntinlupa Sports Center.
The Cargo Movers didn’t need to avail of their twice-to-beat protection as Kalei Mau, Majoy Baron and Kianna Dy thwarted the tournament hopes of the Tornadoes and their towering sister duo of Jaja Santiago and Dindin Santiago-Manabat.
Mau spearheaded the charge, scattering 16 points on top of 12 digs and 8 excellent receptions throughout the match that lasted two hours and 12 minutes. Mau, a key acquisition by F2 Logistics during the season break, will make her first title series appearance.
