“It’s going to help a lot of teams because there are a lot who train in this gym,” said Ravena, whose squad also trains at Moro Lorenzo Sports Center inside the campus. “It’s a great opportunity for us, we are going to try our best this season, and make the entire Ateneo community proud.”
Helping Ateneo in improving Blue Eagle Gym is Firefly LED, the Blue Eagles’ newest chief backer for Season 82.

“This is yet a start, hopefully for a longer partnership, we are looking at in the future,” said Ateneo’s athletics director Emmanuel Fernandez.
Erik Riola, Firefly’s marketing director, said the partnership is initially signed for this season but he hopes that his company would be Ateneo’s partner for years to come.
“We need to partner with somebody who is consistent with what we believe. Hence, that was the fuel with the Ateneo engagement,” said Riola.
