The Patrollers failed to secure their permission from their superior officers, forcing them to withdraw from the competition.

San Beda is taking PNP’s place.

The Red Spikers have already expressed interest in joining the second conference but organizers Sports Vision have already secured the 24 teams that will compete even before San Beda could submit a lineup.

Nonetheless, San Beda would join Sta. Elena-NU (1-0), Arellano University (1-0), University of Santo Tomas (1-0), Mapua (0-2), and Philippine Navy in Pool D.

San Beda is coming off a disappointing 2-7 campaign in the NCAA Season 94 men’s volleyball tournament and they’re looking to turn things around starting with their inclusion in the Spikers’ Turf.

The Red Spikers will debut against the winless Cardinals on Thursday.
