Duterte dances to tune of ‘Manila’ during SEA Games opening

MANILA, Philippines — As the popular Filipino song “Manila” by Hotdog played during the opening ceremony of the 30th Southeast Asian Games, President Rodrigo Duterte was seen dancing through the music.
Duterte was caught swaying at the Philippine Arena when the band sang the lyrics, “Hinahanap hanap kita Manila. Ang ingay mong kay sarap sa tenga.”

The song was played during the parade of Filipino athletes competing for the SEA Games.

Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa was also seen dancing while the joyful song was being played.
Duterte also formally opened the 11-nation, multi-sport event.
