SEA Games: PH bet Jamie Lim gets a shot at karate gold

MANILA, Philippines–Jamie Lim, one of the highly-touted Philippine bets in karatedo, is assured of at least a silver medal in women’s -61 kumite event of the Southeast Asian Games.

Lim, daughter of basketball great Samboy, hurdled her Malaysian and Vietnamese foes, respectively, for a chance at delivering the delegation’s second gold medal.


Lim shoots for the gold, tentatively, at 1:30 p.m.
