Another year, another sweep.


For the past several years, there hasn’t been a more dominant team than the National University Lady Bulldogs and their 2019 was no different.

Behind their unmatched depth and firepower, the Lady Bulldogs put together another perfect run to claim their sixth straight UAAP title, proving once again that they’re the undisputed queens of women’s hoops in the country.

NU stretched its streak to 96-0 after beating University of Santo Tomas in the finals.

In the most grandiose stage, Monique del Carmen shone the brightest for the Lady Bulldogs as she capped off her collegiate career with the Finals MVP plum.

NU also pulled off its latest feat without its star center Jack Animam. Animam missed the finals series due to an eye injury.
