Belga, Araña open ‘sari-sari’ store inside PBA bubble
MANILA, Philippines—Living inside a hotel for two months may seem like a breeze for some but the reality of being away from your usual comforts and your family will eventually take a toll, so these players made sure to prepare themselves for the long grind.
With the PBA setting up at Quest Hotel inside Clark, Pampanga, several of the league’s talents decided that one way to cope with being holed up in a hotel room until December is through food.
Rain or Shine teammates Beau Belga and Ryan Araña set up shop—literally—in their hotel room, creating their own version of a sari-sari store complete with instant noodles, coffee, canned goods, snacks, of course booze.

There are even sachets of laundry powder to make sure that their clothes are washed for the long haul.
Magnolia center Rafi Reavis, meanwhile, made sure to stock up on almond milk displaying 13 cartons of the healthy beverage by his window.

All those health, however, is well compensated with some snacks that he displayed on his floor.
Jame Yap, though, went the sophisticated way bringing along several bottles of his choice of wine—but he didn’t stop there.
With the PBA securing the exclusive use of a golf course near the hotel, Yap immediately took off and had his fun under the sun.
