MANILA, Philippines — The PBA has also decided to postpone Monday’s game between TNT and NorthPort after a Blackwater player initially tested positive for COVID-19.

The league still opted to push back the game to a later date despite the said player yielding negative results on his latest RT-PCR test Monday and antigen test the day before. Blackwater played TNT last Thursday.

On Sunday, the PBA also postponed the game between Blackwater and Rain or Shine.

The 32-year-old Abueva, who hails from Angeles City, Pampanga, hasn’t played since he got suspended indefinitely back in June of last year.

The Fuel Masters have somewhat held their own in the absence of Abueva thanks to the torrid shooting of Matthew Wright and steady presence of Jason Perkins.

They are currently in a three-way tie in fourth place with a 3-2 record in the Philippine Cup.
