SMART CLARK GIGA CITY — The Philippine Basketball Association will be resuming its games on Tuesday, November 3, following a new schedule of games.

Teams, meanwhile, can return to practices beginning Sunday, November 1.

PBA commissioner Willie Marcial said the Department of Interior and Local Government has recommended to the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases the insertion of a marshal within the bubble to “to oversee and ensure the league’s compliance with [the new] health protocols.”

The league postponed its games and practice on Friday afternoon following the IATF’s drafting of new parameters.

Part of these new measures, according to Marcial, is the setting up of a temporary quarantine facility within Clark Freeport.

The league will be shelving a total of nine games before accommodating a new schedule, not counting the first three matches that were called off due to two false positive cases.
