Adiwang, Loman out of ONE TNT card due to COVID-19
MANILA, Philippines — Team Lakay stars Lito Adiwang and Stephen Loman have been pulled out of the ONE on TNT series, ONE Championship confirmed Wednesday.
Adiwang and Loman were removed from the card after both tested positive for COVID-19.
Article continues after this advertisementEduard Folayang and the entire Team Lakay are reportedly also being monitored for possible exposure to the virus.
The International Business Times was first to report the news.
Adiwang was originally slated for a strawweight showdown with Jarred Brooks at ONE on TNT II on April 14.
Article continues after this advertisementLoman, meanwhile, was supposed to take on former UFC veteran John Lineker in what would’ve been a scintillating bantamweight bout.
Troy Worthen has been reportedly tapped to fill in for Loman.
It’s still uncertain whether Folayang, who is scheduled to fight Japanese legend Yoshihiro Akiyama on April 29, will also be replaced on the card.
