MANILA, Philippines–Manny Pacquiao has arrived in Las Vegas ahead of his welterweight bout against Yordenis Ugas on Sunday (Manila time) at the T-Mobile Arena.
Pacquiao traveled to Las Vegas with his family after wrapping up his training camp in Los Angeles.
The Filipino boxing great is challenging Ugas, a last-minute replacement for Errol Spence who pulled out of the fight because of a retinal tear, for the WBA super world welterweight title.
Ugas, who earned the WBA ‘regular’ title last year but was promoted as the ‘super’ champion in January, was announced as Pacquiao’s new opponent less than a week ago.
