MANILA, Philippines—Blown out the last time out, Shiga returned the favor with a masterful 110-79 win over Nagoya, 110-79, in their second straight meeting in the 2021-22 Japan B.League season Sunday at Park Arena Komaki.
The Lakestars, who suffered a 107-68 loss to the Diamond Dolphins on Saturday, improved to 6-2 while Nagoya (4-4) saw its four-game winning streak snapped.
Kiefer Ravena and Shiga did their work early building a 31-12 lead at the end of the first quarter and rode that momentum up until the final buzzer.
