The 36ers stayed undefeated after beating the Perth Wildcats, 63-56, at the NBL Blitz in Tasmania.

Adelaide made it two in a row despite  Kai Sotto, Daniel Johnson,  and Todd Withers sitting the game out.

Johnson led the 36ers with 33 points and eight rebounds in their 91-87 overtime win over Cairns Taipans on Sunday.

Sotto showed flashes of his potential in his Australia debut against Cairns.

The 7-foot-3 Filipino center was part of the starting five and he finished with seven points, five rebounds and a block.

He scored his first points in style after he drove for a two-handed dunk plus the foul for a three-point play early in the second quarter.
