Jaja Santiago, Saitama Ageo Medics stretch streak to three games
MANILA, Philippines—Saitama and Jaja Santiago extended their winning streak to three matches as they took down Hitachi in four sets, 25-18, 18-25, 25-18, 25-23, in the 2021-22 Japan V.League season Saturday at Adastria Mito Arena in Ibaraki.
The Ageo Medics improved to 8-5, tying Hisamitsu in fifth place while the Rivale slid to the inverse of 5-8 at eighth.

Mami Uchiseto led Saitama with 21 points while Yuka Sato wasn’t far behind at 19 points with Santiago pitching in seven points.

Saitama and Hitachi will have their second straight meeting against each other Sunday at the same venue.
