Limitless crowned first PBA 3×3 grand champion
MANILA, Philippines—Limitless took home the grand championship after a gutsy 18-16 finals win over Platinum Karaoke of the PBA 3×3 first conference Wednesday at Smart Araneta Coliseum.
The Appmasters’ grand finals win was the perfect capper to their campaign as they won the final two legs making them the only team with double titles before the conclusion.

Reymar Caduyac, who came in to the game for Marvin Hayes, then for a layup marking the game’s final basket with 12 seconds left.
Article continues after this advertisementThe Appmasters held 14-7 lead early in the game but Platinum found their rhythm with a 9-2 run to tie the match at 16-16 after Carl Dehesa’s two-pointer.
Brandon Ganuelas-Rosser finished with seven points, four rebounds, and two blocks to lead Limitless while Caduyac and Hayes five and four points, respectively.
Napoles ruled the glass for the Appmasters with with two points and 10 rebounds.
Chris De Chavez led Platinum with six points.
TNT, which won the first leg, took the third in the conference stopping Terrafirma, 22-14.
The Tropang Giga’s Almond Vosotros was named Scoring King as he tallied a total of 293 points.
