Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown combined to score 66 points as the Boston Celtics throttled the visiting Sacramento Kings in a 128-75 victory for their seventh win in 10 games on Tuesday night.

Tatum finished with a game-high 36 points and six assists while Brown put up 30 points and 10 rebounds. Robert Williams III scored 13 and pounded the boards for a game-high 17 rebounds to lead Boston to back-to-back wins.

The Celtics led by as many as 60 points in the blowout victory, but fell short of a franchise-record 56-point victory in a 133-77 rout of Chicago in 2018.

Buddy Hield was the only scorer to reach double figures for the Kings, finishing with 11 points on 4-of-14 shooting. Richaun Holmes added nine points and nine rebounds and Tyrese Haliburton had seven points and seven assists.

The Kings shot just 30.5 percent from the floor (29 of 95) and went 6 of 33 from 3-point range (18.2 percent).

Sacramento dropped its fourth straight game and has lost nine of 11 overall.

Kings star guard De’Aaron Fox missed his second straight game after being considered questionable with an ankle injury. Chimezie Metu also sat out for Sacramento with a knee ailment.

Boston played without newly-acquired reserves Bol Bol and P.J. Dozier. Bol is sidelined indefinitely after undergoing right foot surgery while Dozier is recovering after undergoing surgery for a left ACL tear.

Sacramento never led as Tatum hit a 3-pointer to open the scoring at the 11:22 mark of the first quarter. The Celtics jumped out to a 38-13 advantage after one quarter and kept up the pressure to take a 63-30 lead into the break.

Sacramento continues its five-game road trip on Wednesday night against the Atlanta Hawks. Boston opens a quick two-game road trip in Atlanta on Friday night.
