MANILA, Philippines—Stephen Curry remains one of the most popular basketball figures in the Philippines as his No.30 jersey for Golden State ranked as the best-selling kit in the first half of the 2021-22 season.
The Los Angeles Lakers, meanwhile, remained as the top team in terms of jersey sales in the country, as per data based on sales from NBAStore.com.ph. the league’s official online store operated by retailer Titan.
Los Angeles superstar LeBron James is at No.2 in the jersey sales list while Dallas All-Star Luka Doncic is at third.
Sophomore guard Ja Morant of Memphis is fourth in the Philippines’ jersey sales while two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo of Milwaukee is at no.5.
While Curry sits atop the player standings, his Warriors team is second in the team merchandise list with Brooklyn taking the third spot.
Doncic’s Mavericks are at fourth in the team jersey sales with Antetokounmpo’s Bucks at fifth.
Other players in the top 10 are Phoenix’ Devin Booker (6th), the Nets’ Kyrie Irving (7th) and Kevin Durant (8th), the Lakers’ Anthony Davis (9th), and Miami’s Jimmy Butler (10th),
